Our flagship wine, the 2005 vintage of the Coeur de Leon is a truly worthy addition to your cellar.  Mixed forest berries, fleshy black plum, sandalwood, and rich, dark spices on the palate, with hints of hazelnut and tobacco midpalate, all beneath lively tannins, and creamy vanilla and cocoa bean, with delicate notes of cherry, violets, dark chocolate and blackberry on the aftertaste.  Enjoy this wine with finer cuts of meat and game dishes now, or cellar for up to 25 years.
