2005 Semillon

A strikingly versatile wine made with grapes sourced from the Two Dog Vineyard, our 2005 Semillon may be our most delicate and refined Semillon yet!  As always, composed of 100% Semillon, this wine sports a declicate honeysuckle, pear flower and tropical fruit nose, with soft floral and mango notes on the palate, leading to a detailed finish of sweetpea, honeysuckle, carambola (starfruit) and a refined acidity.

Semillon ages remarkably well, picking up a progressively rich, honeyed texture with cellaring.  Be sure to stock up!
