2004 Semillon

Our 2004 Semillon sports an apricot and cream nose. The wine is medium to full bodied with a full range of tropical flavors, pear, and melon with an almost nutty finish. The wine will gain complexity and pick up a honeyed, nutty character as time goes by. That’s right, Semillon will age quite nicely! The perfect white wine to stock up on, for those that enjoy serious white wines but are a little tired of Chardonnay. Great with shellfish, cheese and chicken dishes.
